Who will i be living with?
Mainly Masters/Phd students studying at the School of Ocean Science and some Masters Students studying Sports Science or Phsycology at the Normal Site between Menai Bridge and Bangor. Each year we have a good mix of nationalities and gender in both properties making for an instant group of likeminded friends.
Which bills are included in the rent?
For Gwel yr Ogwen, Mount St we include all bills - Gas, Electric, water rates, TV licence for the lounge, BT line rental (incoming calls only), and the Broadband/Wifi package.
For Bronant, 10 Water St we include All Bills - Gas, Electric, water rates, TV Licence for the lounge, BT line rental (incoming calls only), and the Broadband/Wifi package.

Is there anything to pay up front?
We do not ask new tenants to pay anything up front.
Can I see the Energy Performance Certificates?
Where can i park my car?
For Bronant there is a loading/unloading only space at the back of the house with parking in the main car park just 2 mins walk away.
For Gwel yr Ogwen there are 2 parking spaces at the front of the house and then the main car park in the centre of Menai Bridge which is about 5 mins walk away.
Where can i put my bike, surfboard, canoe?
Bronant has a good size garden shed and Gwel yr Ogwen a smaller shed.
What happens to my deposit and when do i get it back?
The deposit is held by the Deposit Protection Scheme www.depositprotection.com during the tenancy, we aim to request all deposits are repaid within 28 days of the end of tenancy.
Do you supply any bedding?
Sorry no, we supply a bed with mattress protector only.
What kitchen items do i need to bring with me?
Both properties are set up with kitchenware including microwaves, kettles, toasters, crockery, cutlery and basic cooking equipment. Please feel free to bring anything else.
Can i grow veg in the garden?
Yes both Bronant and Mount Street have good size gardens with room to grow vegetables if you wish.
