The rent is £175.00 per week and includes all Bills gas & electric, BT Line Rental (incoming calls only), 76 Mb Unlimited WI-FI with BT Infinity 2 Fibre Broadband Internet, Water rates and the TV licence for the lounge.

The rent does not include council tax for non-students. 

The deposit for each room is £400.00.

Room 1 is already let for the 2025 to 2026 academic year.
